Pinkerton & Finn, P.C. represents businesses and individuals that are or will be involved in a lawsuit or appeal. We have the expertise required for successful representation of clients in complex litigation, including class actions and multi-party, multi-jurisdictional matters. We have made investments in staff and state-of-the-art computer technology in order to manage the vast quantity of documentation that often accompanies representation of clients in complex litigation.  We have the resources and experience to manage and conduct extensive discovery and then persuasively synthesize documentary and other evidence for presentation at trial. Although we typically take cases that need to be prepared for trial, our litigation practice includes all aspects of business litigation and we regularly represent our clients in administrative proceedings, courts of appeal, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution forums.
