THOMAS L. SKALMOSKI is a partner in our Milwaukee office where his practice includes commercial litigation and business law, including distributorship, employment, unfair competition and trademark matters.

Mr. Skalmoski is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse (B.S., with highest honors, 1977) and of the University of Kentucky College of Law (J.D., with distinction, 1980).

He was Comments Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and is a member of the Order of the Coif. He has been an instructor in courses of commercial law and torts for the American Institute of Paralegal Studies.

Mr. Skalmoski is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association.
