Sharon was admitted to practice law in Michigan in 1981, at that time joining this law firm. She is a partner, whose expertise lies primarily in Construction related matters and Family Law. Her 20 plus years of practicing has provided her with a vast experience in all aspects of both of these specialties of law.
Areas of Emphasis
Family Law
Experience in divorce, custody, mediation, drafting of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial documents. Also advise clients on evaluation of impact of divorce, distribution of property, trusts and stock options.
Construction Law and Litigation
Substantial expertise in litigating and arbitrating complex construction matters. Provide a rull range of services to owners, construction managers, contractors, architects, and subcontractors including negotiating and drafting contracts and resolving disputes in all forums. Experience in major construction cases involving diverse projects as manufacturing and processing plants, shopping centers, apartment and hotel structures, commercial and industrial buildings, and parking structures.
