Lawyer Overview

Ms. Hansen handles all aspects of federal income taxation, including entity formation and dissolution, corporate reorganization, partnership and limited liability company issues and issues affecting charitable and other tax-exempt organizations. Ms. Hansen deals on a regular basis with state income, franchise and sales and use tax issues, including litigation before administrative bodies in Missouri and Kansas.  Ms. Hansen advises clients with respect to transactions which qualify for federal and state low-income housing and/or historic rehabilitation tax credits.
