AREAS OF FOCUS

Public Finance Group. Concentrates practice as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and trustee's counsel on various tax-exempt financings for municipal, water and sewer, health care, transportation, economic development, solid waste, higher education and housing projects. Experience includes handling transactions for both new money and refunding projects, pooled transactions, and transactions that have utilized various types of credit enhancement such as bond insurance, letters of credit and guarantees.

Also has extensive experience in the areas of energy law and state, local and municipal law.
