Law Firm Overview

The Law Offices of Thomas G. Tripp are located in Pinellas Park, centrally located in Pinellas County between the cities of St. Petersburg, Largo, and Clearwater. It is a sole practioner firm, with one lawyer and two legal assistants, providing for experienced legal representation for Criminal Defense and Elder Law matters. The firm offers experienced representation in all areas of Criminal Defense, from the most minor of charges to the most serious. The Elder Law practice emphasizes probate and guardianship administration and litigation and the drafting of Estate Planning Documents such as wills and trusts and advanced directives such as powers of attorney, living wills and health care surrogates.

Tom Tripp has been practicing in the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County since 1983, and limits his court appearances to matters that would be in the Pinellas County Jurisdiction. We have found that his clients benefit from his policy of limiting his practice to matters in State court in Pinellas County where his 25 years of knowledge of the legal system allows him a keen insight into what the Judges, State Attorneys and other lawyers practices are, as he is constantly in court handling the same types of cases on a regular and repeated basis. You don't want an attorney that is not experienced in the type of matter you have to handle your legal affairs. All legal matters are handled personally by Tom Tripp from start to finish.
