DOUGLAS W. BROWN, P.C. was formed in May 1987, by Douglas W. Brown. On May 1 1991, the firm name was changed to BROWN & BERARDINI, P.C., with the addition of Brian J. Berardini as a partner. On October 1, 1995, Neal K. Dunning joined the firm as a partner, and the firm name was changed to BROWN, BERARDINI & DUNNING, P.C. The firm specializes in commercial transactions, real estate, civil and criminal litigation, collections, creditors' rights in bankruptcy and probate, and consists of six attorneys, five paralegals, five legal assistants and a receptionist.
