The firm's senior partners, David C. Grant and Barry R. Laubscher have over fifty years of combined actual complex business trial experience -- more actual trial experience than that of the entire "litigation departments" of many of the larger local "full service" firms. David Grant was formerly the senior partner and founding head of the litigation department at the Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego firm of Allen, Matkins, Leck, Gamble & Mallory. Barry Laubscher was a senior litigation partner at Rutan & Tucker and the senior and founding partner of the litigation department at the Orange County offices of Pettis, Tester, Kruse and Krinsky.
