Founded in April 1978 the firm is composed of three partners, Martin W. Williams, Peter O'DeClark and Chad M. Tuschman. The firm's members are committed to their obligations as officers of the Court and to their profession and to the community's well being.

Members of the firm have been past presidents of the Toledo Bar Assocation and Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. They have also been recognized nationally as members of international societies and by listings in Best Lawyers in America .
