Summary

Law Firm Overview

A Legendary Firm Serving Ohio for More Than 75 Years
More than seventy-five years ago, the Sindell brothers became pioneers in the field of personal injury litigation. In the early days of representing injury victims the Sindells and lawyers like Melvin Belli through their early associations determined that those people injured through the negligence of others required the best representation possible. The Sindells' innovative use of trial techniques and preparation of the personal injury case led them to the forefront as champions of the injured.

In 1978, the Sindells passed the torch to William Novak who quickly responded by achieving back to back medical malpractice verdicts, something unheard of at that time. Mr. Novak not only became a champion for his clients, having tried more than 100 cases and achieving million dollar plus results, he also became a ranking leader in professional organizations in Cleveland and the State of Ohio, including the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. He has earned the respect of clients, colleagues and opponents.

In 1998 Tom Robenalt, a former insurance defense lawyer, joined the firm. He quickly became a partner and provided new insight into handling the personal injury case. He knew how the other side worked and what it took to beat them at their own game. He quickly achieved multi-million dollar results for clients. He also continued in the tradition of bar leadership which this firm has always believed in.

Novak, Robenalt & Pavlik is the product of the merger of two of Cleveland's most respected firms.

Today, we carry on the tradition by taking on a wide range of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including those that involve medical malpractice, birth injury and brain damage. We also handle cases involving non-physical damage, such as employment law and consumer protection cases. We stand up for the rights of people like you. In summary, the legend continues in representing the injured at Novak, Robenalt & Pavlik.
