Law Firm Overview

The law firm of Anderson & Tully, P.C. is located in West Des Moines, Iowa. We have been at the same location for over 30 years. We provide a broad range of legal services to individuals and business clients. We have represented clients in every level of the Iowa state and federal court system.

The predecessor to Anderson & Tully, P.C. was originally founded in 1973 by Brian P. Williams and Louis A. Lavorato. Since then, Justice Lavorato and Justice David S. Wiggins have left the practice of law and are currently sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court. We continue to maintain the high professional standards set by our founders.

Our attorneys have served in a number of different capacities with various professional organizations. These organizations include the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Iowa Association of Trial Lawyers, the Iowa Bar Association, the Polk County Bar Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, National Employment Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. Members of our firm have served as president of the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association, on the Board of Governors of the Iowa Bar Association, and as chairpersons on various committees of the Iowa Supreme Court, Iowa Bar Association, and the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association.

The firm encourages continued professional development and the firm's attorneys participate in continuing legal education and civic affairs. Our attorneys have spoken to professional organizations and at legal seminars.
