Jason is a shareholder in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. He is based in our Minneapolis office and is a member of the Labor and Employment Section. Jason practices principally in the areas of:

• Employment law counseling
• Employment law litigation

Jason devotes the majority of his practice to employment litigation, regularly representing corporate clients in discrimination claims before administrative agencies, and trial and appellate courts both in Minnesota and nationwide. He has been involved in a number of significant cases and affirmations of employer rights in courts, including cases involving the telecommunications, insurance, airline, hair salon, and specialty product industries.

Jason has been named a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law & Politics.

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Jason attended Saint John's University and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in government. He received his law degree with distinction from the University of Iowa School of Law. Jason joined Briggs in 1996.
