I.Donald Weissman graduated from California State University, Northridge, and received his J.D. in 1975 from Loyola University of Los Angeles School of Law.

He is admitted to practice in the State of California, as well as Federal Courts throughout California and in Dallas, Texas, Las Vegas, Nevada, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Court of Claims.

Mr. Weissman specializes in litigation in the areas of negligence, product liability and insurance related matters (both primary and excess), including policy interpretation, declaratory relief, bad faith and subrogation matters. He has also litigated extensively in the toxic tort areas (including asbestos and pesticide cases), aviation, complex business matters, malicious prosecution and in representing victims of violent crimes. He is a member of the State Bar of California, California Consumer Attorneys Association, American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley Bar Association and other local and national associations.
