Todd Schuler did a great job on my case and I received a favorable outcome! He communicated often and effectively with me, was well prepared and it showed in court. I would definitely recommend.

The Blondell, Miller, and Schuler Law Firm is a profound, excellent, and committed firm to those they represent. Mr. Schuler represented and handled my case with expertise of law, guidance, and victorious resolve. The communication regarding the status of my case was always available and I did not perceive my case as just another. I mattered to this law firm and the interests of my legal support. To say the least, this firm is Phenomenal and a surety of trust for your legal matters.

Highly satisfied with my experience working with the firm. Todd Schuler was professional as he educated me on what to expect on what the outcome would be and then he achieved it. I recommend Todd and his team for your worker's compensation case.

I have had Todd Schuler represent me now on two cases, I personal feel that I was my cases were both settled correctly and that what I needed was met or beyond. I do not have nothing but good things to say for Blondell, Miller & Schuler. It is tough to find the right representation and I was extremely lucky to have Todd to take on my cases. It was also nice that they were able to conduct the majority of the cases through phone, email rather than drive to their law office. I will recommend Blondell, Miller & Schuler to everyone who asks me for my opinion on a attorney.

The attorneys at Blondell and Miller aren’t like other workers’ compensation attorneys. They are much, much better. They will support you through the whole process and fight to the end for you. If you’re searching for a great law firm, you’ve found one.

The lack of communication is sad! I hired Mr. Miller to represent me in my workman's compensation case. He didn't inform me of pertinent information. I felt as though I was doing the work, I was the one contacting the doctor for my records, then driving to pick them up, and finally emailing them to his assistant Lee. When I had an inquiry, I felt as though I was bothering them. Several times I had to send my emails twice because I wouldn't get a response. When I hired a new lawyer, they explained the entire process of my workmans comp case in detail. I found out information that Mr. Miller should have told me in the beginning. I do not recommend having Mr. Miller represent you.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
