WilliamsMcCarthy LLP is a full-service law firm--committed to provide prompt, high-quality, cost-efficient legal services throughout the entire Northern Illinois area. For over seventy years we have met the personal and business needs of our clients by developing experienced practice groups in a wide range of legal fields--both in our primary office in Rockford and our regional office in Oregon, Illinois. In the process we have grown to become one of the largest downstate law firms in Illinois, building upon a heritage of service to our clients and the communities we serve.

Approximately half of our lawyers practice full time in the area of complex litigation, and the remaining half provide corporate or personal legal services to a wide range of business and individual clients. Within the corporate group several members of our firm work exclusively in the area of mergers and acquisitions, and several others work primarily for financial institutions on work-outs, bankruptcies, and other debtor-creditor matters. We also serve regularly as co-counsel with other law firms throughout the country on matters within our service area.

As we enter our 75th year, our future growth and reputation will be measured not only by our continued ability to provide expert and cost-effective legal services to our clients, but by our ability to adapt to changes in the legal environment as well.
