The Firm's practice is dedicated exclusively to the representation of management in all aspects of labor, employment and employee benefits law.  The Firm represents employers in federal and state court litigation, and before the NLRB, the Department of Labor, the EEOC, and local human rights agencies.  In addition to representing employers in these forums, the Firm provides ongoing advice and counseling with respect to employment and labor matters, including covenants not to compete, executive compensation agreements, wage and hour issues, WARN Act, and employment law issues arising form the purchase and sale of a business.
