Our personal injury lawyers are led by a board certified civil trial attorney, and they focus on helping people who are seriously injured, or the survivors of persons killed, due to the negligence or wrongful conduct of others, including people injured in car and truck accidents, by defective products, who are injured on the premises of others, who have brain injuries, or who have claims against insurance companies. We serve injured clients in central and eastern Kentucky. Our firm has the experience and expertise to fight for you against the large insurance companies.

Our lawyers carefully prepare all cases for trial, taking extra time and effort to properly represent our clients, securing the appropriate expert witnesses to explain the injuries. We also conduct jury focus groups on each case before the case goes to trial. Our initial consultations are free, and injury and wrongful death cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. This means that there is no fee unless we win your case and get a recovery for you, and we advance the expenses of putting your case together and bringing it to trial.
