Polansky & Cichon, Chtd is a highly-successful plaintiffs' personal injury law firm, representing clients throughout northwestern Indiana, including Elkhart, Goshen, Gary, South Bend and the surrounding areas. The firm also represents clients in the Chicago, Illinois area.

We advance the expenses of the case including investigation, court costs, depositions (sworn statements), expert fees, preparation of exhibits for trial, research, travel, and gathering medical records.
