Summary

Law Firm Overview

Romano Law Group has developed a reputation as a premier trial law firm in Palm Beach County, Florida and throughout the United States. Founded in 1991, the firm has successfully litigated cases throughout the state and the country. Other attorneys and law firms refer their difficult cases to Romano Law Group for one very good reason - they provide professional, competent, and diligent representation to victims of personal injury as well as those who are faced with serious criminal charges. The level of satisfaction they strive to provide to referral lawyers and to its clients speak volumes about the professionalism, efficiency, and competence of their general trial and personal injury attorneys.

Their board certified attorneys have the skills and years of experience to successfully represent victims who have suffered injuries, business losses or been accused of a crime. Auto and truck accidents, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, and other types of personal injury are just a few of the areas in which the firm focuses.

As former State Prosecutors, their team of skilled criminal defense lawyers has the experience and knowledge to defend clients charged with murder and homicide, assault and battery, robbery and burglary, theft, drug crimes, DUI, parole violation, white collar crimes, domestic violence and neglect and sex offenses.

The firm has just completed the construction of its new offices in Lake Worth, Florida.  The building, called EcoCentre, the Living Building, is Florida's first green, living office building.  The 33,000 sq. foot office building incorporates natural systems and green technologies designed to save energy, reduce CO2 emissions, water consumption and create an overall healthier environment. The project is seeking Gold LEED certification with the U.S. Green Building Council, a procedure demonstrating that the project has been planned, designed, and completed with a primary goal of environmental enhancement. The building is located on the former site of Dr. Randolph Romano's medical office building. Dr. Romano, John F. Romano's father, was a prominent South Florida physician who dedicated his life to serving those of limited means who most desperately needed medical care and treatment. Dr. Romano faithfully served his patients in his office building up until his untimely passing in 1991.

In addition, the trial attorneys at Romano Law Group are leading advocates for consumer rights and the rights of those whose lives have been devastated by the negligence of a medical professional. They devote their time and financial resources to ensure the protection of our civil justice system and to ensure that access to the courts is not restricted.
