ANNA M. PEPELNJAK is a partner in our Milwaukee office in the litigation practice group where her practice includes; employment law, civil rights, labor arbitration, and appellate practice. Ms. Pepelnjak is a graduate of Marquette University (B.A., 1975, magna cum laude J.D., 1978) Member, Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Sigma Nu.

Ms. Pepelnjak is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin. She currently sits on the Bench and Bar Committee of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Ms. Pepelnjak is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and all state trial level courts.

Ms. Pepelnjak is a member of the Advisory Board of the Women's Center, Inc. in Waukesha, WI. She is a frequent speaker at continuing education courses for both attorneys and business professionals on all aspects of Employment Law. She is a contributing author: R. George Burnett et. Al., Wisconsin Trial Practice (orig. pub. 1999).
