Mr. Powsner's practice focuses on transactions, counseling and litigation in the areas of general business law, business organizations and start-ups, trusts and estates and entertainment law.  He has served as outside general counsel for individuals and companies, as general advisor on transactional and business matters as well as litigation counsel.  Mr.  Powsner received his degree from Stanford University (with high honors), where he was Editor and a Revising Editor of the Stanford Law Review; founded the Beverly Hills law firm of Hindin, Sterling, McKittrick & Powsner prior to going into private solo practice; and is rated A-V (highest rating) in Martindale-Hubbell legal directory.

Mr. Powsner also enjoys hiking, writing and spending time with his wife and five-month-old baby daughter.
