Law Firm Overview

The Law Offices of Stephen K. Miller, P.A. was founded in 1994 with two locations, one attorney, and no additional support employees.

Since that time, we have grown to a full-service law firm employing six attorneys and a large support staff. To date, we have handled over 5000 cases in over 20 Florida counties, and we always strive to achieve the best possible results for our clients.

Here are just a few of the services we provide to our clients:

  • 24-hour service for emergencies
  • Multiple attorneys on staff to ensure representation and counsel are always available to our clients and prepared to respond accordingly to any situation that arises.  At least one attorney on call during non-business hours for emergency situations.
  • Regular office hours of 7:30-5:30, Monday through Friday, including most holidays with staff members available to assist you throughout the business day.  Appointments are often available after hours.
  • Attorney/ legal assistant team assigned to each individual case.
  • Attorney teamwork and collaboration on cases.
  • Continuing legal education for attorneys to keep abreast of changes in the law.
  • Free initial consultations by telephone.
  • Satellite offices to serve our clients in different counties.
  • Criminal pre-charge (pre-arrest) representation available for clients during investigation/ interview/ interrogation situations.
  • Hospital / hospice/ home consultations for seriously incapacitated personal injury / medical malpractice clients.
  • Ability to retain our services via mail, e-mail, or facsimile for out-of-state, out-of-country, or otherwise unavailable clients.
  • Ability and willingness to take on cases requiring immediate legal action (for example, we are available for domestic violence injunction hearings, emergency shelter hearings in dependency/ DCF cases, first appearance/bond reduction hearings in criminal matters, and emergency custody hearings among others).
