The law firm was founded in the late 1940's by Larry Mattison.  In 1954, he formed a partnership with Donald Olson.  Attorney Mattison retired to Florida in 1959 while Attorney Olson passed on in 1976.  Stephen D. Willett purchased the practice from Mr. Olson's estate.
