Mr. Klinges has resided in Bucks County since joining the firm in 1963.  He concetrates in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Product Liability. 

He graduated Villanova University in 1953 with a BS in Economics.  He received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1957, and earned his LLB from Temple University School of Law in 1963. 

Mr. Klinges is a member of the Bucks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations; Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association; and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.  He has been a member of the Washington Crossing Rotary since 1972, and has served three terms as its President.  He is also a member of the Trenton and Yardley Country Clubs.
