Law Firm Overview

Killian & Gephart LLP was formed in 1968 as a general practice law firm. Beginning in 1980, the law firm increasingly turned its attention to defending clients caught up in regulatory and criminal investigations, starting with its representation of Three Mile Island's control room operators.

By 1990, Killian & Gephart was representing one of the East Coast's premier land developers, and developing a specialty practice in land-use, environmental regulations, and business litigation. The law firm has developed a reputation for decency, integrity, hard work, innovative legal scholarship, and reasonable attorney fees.
