Andrew Gay is one of the leading criminal defense lawyers in Pennsylvania. He is a former Chair of the Criminal Justice Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and is recognized both for his knowledge of the law and his uncanny ability to apply facts to it for the benefit of his clients. Mr. Gay is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Circuit Court for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He holds his law degree from Temple University. Mr. Gay is a sought-after speaker at legal education seminars and other forums; his presentations include Criminal Practice in Philadelphia County. He is a past member of the Screening Committee for Court Appointments for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, as well as the Committee on Judicial Selection and Retention of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
