Law Firm Overview

Cotsirilos and Campisano is a law firm that specializes in all types of major criminal cases.  Practice areas consist of criminal and trial appellate practice in federal and state courts, as well as quasi-criminal civil and administrative proceedings.  Between them, Mr. Cotsirilos and Mr. Campisano have close to 50 years experience in criminal law, they have tried dozens of criminal cases to juries and have litigated numerous cases at the appellate level.  The firm has handled every type of criminal case, from capital homicide (for example, the firm successfully defended the first federal homicide case authorized for capital prosecution in the Northern District of California) to complex white collar criminal defense.  Mr. Cotsirilos is a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of California at Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law, where he teaches criminal trial practice.
