Lawyer Overview

MICHAEL M. BERZOWSKI is a partner in our Milwaukee office where his practice includes business, corporate, tax and employment law.

Mr. Berzowski is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (B.B.A., 1962) and Marquette University Law School (J.D., 1969 ). He has lectured for the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Marquette University law schools, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and numerous other public and private organizations. Mr. Berzowski is also a Certified Public Accountant and a retired Major General, U.S. Army Reserve, with 35 years of service. He received the U.S. Army Distinguished Service Medal, is a graduate of the resident course of the U.S. Army War College, and has been invested into the Orders of St. George and the Knights Templar.

He served several terms as president of the Marquette University Law School Alumni Association and presently serves on the Law School Dean's Advisory Committee and the Law School Executive Committee. He is a member of the 1881 Society of the Marquette University President's Council and received the Distinguished Alumnus in Law Award for Marquette University in 2001. He currently serves as Director and Immediate Past President of the Wisconsin Club and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Legal Netlink Alliance, an international network of law firms.

Mr. Berzowski is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee and American Bar Associations.
