The Firm

The Firm has built its reputation upon respect earned from clients, adversaries, the bench, and bar. Although Dallas, Texas, is and has been our home for over fifteen years, the Firm handles matters throughout the Lone Star State for clients from coast to coast. Our attorneys have lectured before and written for public and private groups on topics ranging from motor vehicle litigation to medical malpractice, from insurance coverage to professional responsibility, from labor law to fire and property adjustment.

We Resolve Disputes

Clients don’t hire lawyers to fill in forms or bill hours. They hire lawyers to resolve disputes. Sometimes the disputes have to be resolved with appeals to the highest court in the land. Sometimes the disputes have to be resolved through jury trials. Sometimes the disputes can be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or summary disposition. We never forget that the client’s needs determine the strategy implemented, and that at the end of the day our job is dispute resolution.
