Green, Miles, Lipton & Fitz-Gibbon, LLP , which was established in 1981 in Northampton, Massachusetts, is A-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been at its present location at 77 Pleasant Street since 1983. Green, Miles, Lipton & Fitz-Gibbon is one of the larger firms in Hampshire and Franklin Counties, with five partners and two associates, all of whom have considerable legal experience across a full spectrum of legal specialties. I have attached a brief biography of each of the lawyers in the firm. We are a general practice law firm which represents individual, corporate, commercial and institutional clients before state and federal administrative agencies and state and federal courts. The firm currently represents the City of Holyoke and serves as counsel to the City of Easthampton, and the Towns of Conway and Worthington. We have partners who have served and continue to serve both as counsel to and members of planning and zoning boards for various municipalities and towns. We have participated in the negotiation of complicated construction and real estate projects and, when necessary, have conducted litigation.

Our specific areas of expertise include trials and appeals, commercial law, real estate, medical negligence, land use and regulation, worker's compensation, civil rights, employment law, personal injury representation and products liability representation. We are admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts. As you can see from the Firm Biography attached, as a firm with over 185 years of collective experience, all attorneys are thoroughly familiar with Massachusetts and Federal statutes, case and regulatory law in the areas in which they practice.

All members of the firm of Green, Miles, Lipton & Fitz-Gibbon, are currently licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers as attorneys in good standing within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In addition, all members of the firm are members of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
