Kay Nord Hunt is an appellate advocate. As Lommen Abdo is a broad-based litigation firm, she has handled appeals in virtually every area of the law. Because of her expertise in appellate practice, she also regularly associates with other law firms to assist them with their appeals. Ms. Hunt appears as often as four times a month before the Minnesota appellate courts. She has also argued numerous cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits as well as in the Wisconsin appellate courts. She has handled over 400 cases on appeal.
