Established in 1983 by Silas R. Eubanks and R. Vinson Barrett, Eubanks, Barrett and Fasig's practice is devoted to representation of people who have been negligently injured.

Vinson Barrett limits his practice to representation of people who have been injured by negligent medical care.

Silas Eubanks represents victims of automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, defective products, wrongful death, and other negligent acts.

James Fasig manages the settlement team and works together with Mr. Eubanks and Mr. Barrett to ensure all of Eubanks, Barrett & Fasig's clients receive top quality service.
