Law Firm Overview

Our Mission

To be the best adoption attorneys in the nation committed to setting the standard of excellence in the field of adoption by delivering the highest quality legal counsel, in the most caring, compassionate manner, while relentlessly pursuing client satisfaction.

Indiana Adoption Attorneys

At Kirsh & Kirsh, we have more than twenty years of experience finding good homes for children. In that time, we have discovered that adoption law is one of the few legal areas where everyone wins. Prospective Birth Mothers are heroes to Prospective Adoptive Parents, and we are proud to have the opportunity to unite birth mothers with adoptive families.

In an average year, we help approximately 125 couples realize their dreams of starting a family through adoption. We have handled the adoption of over 2500 children from every state and are dedicated to meeting the needs of birth parents and adoptive parents.

As the only law firm in Indiana that practices exclusively in adoption law, we are in a unique position to provide adoption services to prospective birth mothers as well as prospective adoptive parents.

Whether you are a prospective birth mother seeking a loving home for your child or a prospective adoptive couple, the two most important qualities you need in an Indiana adoption attorney are experience and trust. An attorney who has handled stepparent adoptions may not know the intricacies of infant adoptions. If the adoption is an interstate adoption, your adoption lawyer must be familiar with the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children. Since Kirsh & Kirsh only handles adoptions, we are intimately familiar with all Indiana adoption laws and the procedures necessary to assure a successful, secure adoption.

We know that emotions run high for prospective birth mothers and prospective adoptive parents. Our goal is to make prospective birth mothers and prospective adoptive parents feel comfortable with their adoption decisions. We are available by phone twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Steve Kirsh is a commercially rated pilot, which allows him to travel the entire State of Indiana to meet with prospective birth mothers and to help expedite our adoption work.
