Law Firm Overview
Welcome to Inman Flynn Biesterfeld & Brentlinger, P.C., a Denver-based law firm which serves clients throughout the State of Colorado. We are a strong team of dedicated attorneys who have joined together to provide excellent legal services in a range of practice areas, including estate planning and probate, trusts, real property, special districts and municipal law, family law, divorce, employment law, insurance, personal injury, construction law, commercial law, water law, environmental law, and all types of litigation. We represent individuals, businesses, corporations, and municipalities and special districts.
The firm was founded in 1961 by Don Kelley, Bob Inman, and John Flynn. Don Kelley became a Colorado Supreme Court Justice in 1970. Bob Inman and John Flynn continued the firm until Bob retired in 1991 and John retired in 1995. Bob is active in retirement, and received the Denver Bar Association Lifetime Achievement Award in 2001. John enjoyed retirement for a few years, but passed away in 2002.
From the beginning, the firm has represented the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District. In addition to governmental entities, the firm represents numerous private businesses and individuals. Over the years the firm has added new lawyers and fields of law to offer a wide range of services.
To enhance its natural resources practice areas, the firm has traditionally had lawyers with science backgrounds. John Flynn was a mining engineer who graduated from the prestigious Colorado School of Mines. Michael J. Glade and Eric J. Voogt are also engineers.
The goals of the firm have long been to seek client satisfaction by providing quality service in an ethical manner, while working in an environment that is enjoyable for the members of the firm.
