Lawyer Overview
Chris' work focuses on all aspects of trademark clearance, registration and protection for both domestic and international trademarks. He is also involved in trademark and other intellectual property litigation, as well as proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Chris is also involved in drafting technology related contracts, including software, trademark, patent and licensing agreements, professional services agreements, confidentiality agreements, web hosting, development and joint development agreements. Chris also has experience with intellectual property due diligence in connection with stock and asset purchases.
Chris began his legal career in 1996 as an associate and then partner at McGrath North. After a period of time at a large firm on the west coast, Chris returned to Omaha and rejoined the firm in 2006.
