Donald J. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Cosley belongs to several professional associations. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Cosley is extremely active as a member of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association and has been part of the organization's Board of Governors, Foundation Board, and has served as Parliamentarian.
