Goldstein and Price, L.C. specializes in the practice of admiralty and maritime law, insurance coverage, toxic tort and environmental law, and trial and appellate practice. For 50 years, since Milton Goldstein and Elmer Price founded our firm with a handshake in 1957, we have successfully represented clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes and admiralty matters.

Our goal is to provide excellent legal representation at a reasonable cost. Our firm includes eight lawyers and a legal assistant. By design, we have maintained our relatively small size because we believe it enhances our ability to represent our clients effectively and efficiently.

Several of our members are listed in The Best Lawyers in America, based upon the recommendations of their peers. All of our members are experienced practitioners who work as a team to advance the best interests of our clients. Martindale-Hubbell Law Digest rates our firm “AV,” the highest rating available.

Our clients are substantial and diverse, including some of America’s largest industrial corporations and various small and medium-size businesses. Many have retained us for decades. We welcome our clients’ questions and comments at all times.

Our location in downtown St. Louis, in the center of the country, enables us to practice in a broad geographic region. We have handled trials or appeals in almost every federal circuit and numerous states, in addition to Missouri and Illinois. We are actively litigating throughout the Midwest and the South and have been called upon to handle matters from Maine to California and Georgia to the State of Washington. We recognize that it is advantageous for some clients to have national or regional counsel who represent them in various jurisdictions, and we have served in those capacities.
