Lawyer Overview

Kurt Fritz has extensive experience in many areas of litigation. He has litigated numerous arbitration issues at the trial and appellate levels, resulting in two published decisions. He has handled several copyright and trademark infringement cases, from the writing of cease-and-desist letters, through making motions in the trial court, to drafting briefs on appeal. Mr. Fritz also has experience in health care, commercial contract, antitrust and insurance matters at both the trial and appellate levels.

Prior to working at Arnold & Porter, Mr. Fritz served as an Extern to the Honorable Kathryn M. Werdegar, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of California (1997). He also served as a Clerk at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Echeverria in San Francisco (1995-1996).
