Law Firm Overview

I have maintained a private law and mediation practice in Ventura where the focus is on family law mediation and litigation. A practicing attorney since 1990, almost exclusively in Ventura, I served four years, two years as Vice President, on the board of the Family Law Bar of the Ventura County Bar Association. I sit as a judge pro tem at the Ventura County Courts. I have written various family law and mediation articles published in Family Life Magazine. Additionally, my practice has included many cases involving interstate child custody disputes, domestic violence restraining orders, Department of Child Support Enforcement actions, and emergency protective orders.

Our strength is in empowering people to make sound decisions that are legally grounded and will affect not only their lives, but the lives of their children. The goal is to move the parties through the system smoothly to conclusion, thereby minimizing the stress that is felt by all members of the family.
