Gilbert B. Feibleman is a nationally-recognized specialist in the area of family law. Since 1976, he has practiced civil litigation emphasizing family law and appeals. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), he is one of a select group of lawyers in the United States recognized for his expertise and skill in family law. He is a frequent national and Oregon speaker on the latest issues and techniques in family law and ethics. Gilbert is also a Reference Judge.

Additionally, Gil Feibleman has represented numerous individuals and businesses throughout western Oregon regarding a wide area of legal matters including appeals, personal injury, elder law, will challenges, slander, contracts and business torts.

Gil Feibleman is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Oregon Association of Family Law Practitioners and the American Bar Association. He is a past Chair of the Oregon State Bar, Family Law Section and serves as counsel to the Oregon State Bar on ethical matters. He also has been selected by the Oregon Supreme Court to serve as a pro-tem Circuit and District Judge throughout the state of Oregon.

Barbara Kautto has been a Legal Assistant since 1971. She has extensive experience working with attorneys and clients in all areas of family law, estates and probate. She works very closely with the clients and the attorney in the organization and preparation of all cases.

During times of extreme stress that result from legal concerns, Barbara provides the understanding and help needed that can only come from over 20 years experience in estate and family law matters.
