Lawyer Overview

Stephanie Chilton practices primarily in products liability defense cases involving automotive litigation and recreational all-terrain vehicles. Working with three national automotive manufacturers, Stephanie's products liability experience includes seat belts, seat backs, rollover and roof crush.

Stephanie most enjoys working with the subject-matter experts. She has worked with experts in areas of accident recovery, mechanical design, damages, engineers, and economists. She continues to grow her resource of experts to help her clients get the results they expect.

Stephanie has co-chaired two jury trials in Arizona Superior Court and a bench trial for the U.S. District Court, all to defense verdicts. She works alongside partners in the trial preparation. She also has legal experience in insurance defense and medical malpractice matters.
