Law Firm Overview

The lawyers of Bernard & Stuczynski have been helping accident victims for thirty years. We only work for people (or their families) who have been injured or killed at work or in automobile or motorcycle accidents. We don't represent corporations, insurance companies or employers.

Bernard & Stuczynski is a partnership of Bruce Bernard and Jim Stuczynski. We have a dedicated staff to assist us but we employ no junior attorneys. All clients of the firm are represented personally by one or more of the the experienced partners. Through this management style our goal is to provide the highest quality representation possible while maintaining close personal contact with each of our clients.

We are selective in accepting new clients. We take the commitment we are making to you seriously. If we accept your case, you will receive this same level of personal service. We feel that this approach is more likely to result in a satisfied client. You will not simply be a number as you may be in a "large volume" personal injury practice.

We also have access to the latest legal research tools and employ cutting-edge practice management software. This enables us to devote our time to being lawyers, developing our client relationships, and aggressively advocating for our clients.

Although the firm is small in size, we have achieved numerous accomplishments including a multimillion dollar verdict for a teenage boy seriously injured in a motorcycle collision; an award for a lifetime of care of a teenage girl injured by a childhood vaccine; and many substantial settlements for injured workers. We also have obtained several significant settlements from insurance companies who treat their policy holders unfairly.
