The Firm was established in 1940 by founding partner, Louis F. Racine, Jr. The firm grew with additional partners and lawyers being added over subsequent years, and later formed a professional corporation.

Additionally, our attorneys conduct legal research from their desktops via LexisNexis online legal service, which provides access to all federal and state laws and court decisions, administrative materials, patents and financial materials. This service enables our attorneys to access the most recent developments in the law.
