Maistros & Loepp, Ltd. Take the talents of each of the partners in representing our clients.  Georgia Maistros, Esq. uses business and tax knowledge and experience in assisting clients to develop plans, documents, and work through their issues using tax knowledge and experience in assisting clients to position the structure a client uses to best fit their circumstances, needs, and concerns.  To help a client resolve a tax problem with the IRS, state and/or city and to work with client to present it in the future.  He works with clients and Georgia on drafting documents from perspective of the decisions that have been made in court.  This is especially important with heavily litigated issues such as employment and non-compete clauses.  Both attorneys work together on client issues when the case demands each of their different expertise demands.
