We help those who have purchased “lemons” whether automobiles, mobile homes or other items which have been purchased with defects.

We provide services in the commercial realm to consumers, business debtors and creditors, and lenders involved in ordinary and complex bankruptcy proceedings. We represent banks and other creditors as well as persons and businesses who are being sued or creditors who desire to enforce or collect loans or extensions of credit. We also assist our clients in closings on house loans.
