Steven Press has been in private practice in Minneapolis for over fifteen years. He has substantial experience with colections and other debtor-creditor matters.  In addition, he has extensive experience with criminal cases, both trial and appellate, in state and federal court, family law matters and estate planning and probate.  Practice includes Wills, Health Care Directives and Powers of Attorney.

Member of Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel maintained by the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Former member of CJA Panel maintained by the Federal Public Defender for Minnesota. Former member of the Hennepin County Juvenile Conflicts Panel and the Wisconsin State Public Defender Conflicts Panel, both trial and appellate.
