Matt Green is a Member in the Seattle office. An experienced litigator, Mr. Green represents businesses and individuals in all facets of collections, including prejudgment and post judgment remedies. Mr. Green also represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors in the resolution of private and public construction claims, including lien and bond rights. He litigates contract disputes including Uniform Commercial Code issues and represents real property owners and property managers for purposes of landlord-tenant disputes. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars on debtor-creditor rights and remedies, and has been retained as an expert witness in litigation involving collection issues.
