Matt Green is a Member in the Seattle office. An experienced litigator, Mr. Green represents businesses and individuals in all facets of collections, including prejudgment and post judgment remedies. He also represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors in the resolution of private and public construction claims, including lien and bond rights. He litigates contract disputes including Uniform Commercial Code issues and represents real property owners and property managers for purposes of landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Green is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars on debtor-creditor rights and remedies, and has been retained as an expert witness in litigation involving collection issues. Mr. Green was named to Super Lawyers by Washington Law & Politics magazine from 2001 - 2003 and 2011.
