Jonathan Dailey is the former founder and chief litigator of Dailey & Associates, Chartered, a law firm based in Washington, DC. Since 1994, Jonathan has been a member of the bars of Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia, in both state and federal courts. As a trial lawyer specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice, Jonathan has conducted over 45 jury trials in all three jurisdictions, recovering substantial verdicts for his clients, including a jury verdict for $1.65 million in DC Superior Court. Mr. Dailey has argued appellate cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, and he is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court. In 2004, Jonathan was recognized as one of Washington's best lawyers in The Washingtonian. He holds a BA with honors from Williams College and a JD, cum laude, from the American University Washington College of Law. Mr. Dailey is also a licensed securities dealer with the NASD and holds a Series 62 securities license.
