Bill Nakasian advises corporations, developers, equity investors, and large private equity real estate funds in complex real estate transactions. He has extensive experience structuring joint ventures, sale-leaseback transactions, and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. He regularly negotiates industrial, office, and retail leases; primary and mezzanine financings; and public/private partnerships and economic incentive programs.
Representative transactions include a $1.4 billion sale of more than 21 million square feet of industrial buildings in 18 cities for CalEast Industrial Investors, a sale-leaseback transaction of more than 50 office and retail buildings in 13 states for a major financial institution, and a sale-leaseback transaction of more than 3,000 cell tower sites for Sprint Nextel.
