Jennifer Fate practices in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and general corporate law. She has also participated in the negotiation and consummation of acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other forms of affiliation transactions involving hospitals and health care-related entities. Prior to joining Jones Day, Jennifer was an auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Deloitte & Touche.

Jennifer is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
